Shipping
Each print is made to order by my printing partner. Shipping is 100% carbon neutral, and the prints are packaged securely in fully recyclable or compostable tubes or parcels.
Once you place an order you will receive an email from 'Shippy Pro'. This email will contain a tracking number for the shipment. Please check your junk email just in case!
Postage is free within the UK and once your order has been placed, your print will be with you in 3-7 business days. There is an extra fee for courier delivery.
Unfortunately I can only accept orders from within the UK at the moment.
Refunds and Returns
In the unlikely event that the product is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, a replacement or full refund can be arranged. Please take a photo of the damage for evidence in your email.
In the event that you are not satisfied with the product, you have fourteen days to request a refund and contact me to return the product.
